I grew up with Tom and Jerry cartoons.  I could never keep the names straight between them, but I adored watching the cat chase the mouse.  No dialogue – I just saw that there’s no stopping them! Tom and Jerry recently returned to the TV limelight to continue their wham-bam winning streak of comic catastrophes and merry mouse adventures in the all-new series Tom and Jerry Tales.

Now, I join the cat and mouse chase with my daughter and it’s just as much fun if not more.  The Tales  is available as a 2-Disc, 13-Episode Collection of their Complete First Season. Each episode features 3 cartoons with the familiar chases, schemes and pranks.

What I really like about these classic cartoons coming out on DVD is that the subject matter is clean and unadulterated without foul language.
